WE ASK CLIENTS TO PLEASE RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL ANY APPOINTMENTS AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME. BY LETTING US KNOW AHEAD OF TIME WE CAN ALLOW THAT TIME SLOT TO BE FILLED BY SOMEONE ELSE.

IF YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, 50% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CARD ON FILE IF THE TIME SLOT CAN NOT BE FILLED.

A CARD ON FILE IS REQUIRED TO BOOK ANY APPOINTMENT WITH TRESS HAIR BOUTIQUE. ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE BOOKED THROUGH OUR ONLINE BOOKING PLATFORM WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON OUR WEBSITE .
