Booking Appointments are reserved exclusively through our online booking platform, available on our website. A card on file is required to secure your appointment. Please note your card will not be charged when booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling Your stylist’s time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so that time may be offered to another guest. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file, should we be unable to fill your time. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. To reserve future appointments, a deposit will be required at the time of booking.
